These Participant Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, applications, services, and other online and offline offerings (collectively, the “Services”). To use our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data.

Users must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our website. Koalur is for personal use only. Only one account may be operated by one user. Creating multiple accounts is considered fraudulent and will result in account termination. Only one account is allowed per household. This includes, but is not limited to, accounts registered at the same address, accounts operated from the same device, accounts operated from the same premises, accounts using the same internet connection or IP address, and any other behavior we deem to be in violation of this rule. Accounts cannot be shared, and members who use proxies, VPNs, public internet connections, shared IP addresses, or shared computers will also be banned. You must provide current and accurate information (correct name and correct address) when registering for our service. By agreeing to our terms and using this website, you acknowledge that any violation of these terms will result in an automatic ban of any account involved. Any account banned by Koalur will result in the forfeiture of any earnings and current balance on that account and any related accounts. A terminated account is not worth creating a new account. Any banned account will result in the person who registered the account being permanently banned from Koalur, and any future accounts created will be automatically banned, and any earnings and current balance will be forfeited. You may only complete one survey. If you use another site similar to Koalur and offer the same survey there, this is considered fraud and will result in account termination. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Koalur account and password. Members are solely responsible for paying and reporting any local taxes associated with any payments or prizes earned while using our services. Duplicate selections across multiple networks or sites are not permitted and will result in a permanent ban.
We reserve the right to refuse membership without prior notice. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your account and close your account at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to request address confirmation documentation from members at any time to confirm that a valid account has been registered. This may be done as part of a spot check of an account, or where we deem it necessary to help reduce the risk of fraudulent activity on our site. Payments will be suspended until the member is fully verified, and indefinitely if address confirmation documentation is not provided. By accepting our Terms and Site Policies, you acknowledge that this information may be requested at any time, and if it is not provided, no fees will be paid until it is received and verified. If the name/address verification information provided does not match the information registered and held on the account, you acknowledge that the account will be terminated and any balance on the account will be lost. All members are required to complete our automated phone verification call before they can withdraw cash or points rewards. Phone verification only needs to be completed once. Phone verification is only required on your first withdrawal.
No spamming. No personal attacks or harassment, including but not limited to attacks against someone's race, religion, politics, gender, sexual orientation, etc. No violent or sexually harassing behavior. For safety, please use English only in your mailbox. No solicitations. Do not discuss other similar sites. Do not discuss or assume anyone else's account or account status. Members who attempt to use foul language will be banned. Members who use defamatory comments against the site or its advertisers will be banned. Do not attempt to discover personal details about any of our members, directly or indirectly. Treat everyone with respect. Any comments or opinions posted in Koalur are those of the person who posted the comment and do not reflect the views or opinions of Koalur.
You may download materials found or displayed on the Koalur Website for non-commercial, personal use only, provided you do not delete any copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. You may not use, distribute, modify, transmit broadcast, publicly perform, republish or exploit any of the content on Koalur, including images, text, audio or video, for public or commercial purposes without prior written consent. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, all rights not expressly granted shall remain and remain with GNLResearch Inc. The license to use materials from the Koalur Website is not transferable. You are not granted any rights or licenses to the Koalur Website or the materials contained therein other than the limited right to access and use the Koalur Website and Services in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Koalur Website and/or Materials or any misrepresentation regarding the Website will result in account closure and loss of any balance held in the account.
Payments to members are processed on a daily basis. Payment requests to any other account held in their name will be rejected and the holding Koalur account may be closed if these terms are violated. Payments can be suspended for up to 90 days to complete verification checks with our advertisers. Payments may take more time to process if necessary. You (the member) understand and acknowledge that no payments may be made to you or any other member until Koalur receives payment from the advertiser. Prior to payment, each account will be audited to ensure that no fraud has occurred. Koalur will never be deemed to owe any member money and will only pay after verifying the legitimacy of the account and balance. We will cancel payments after 7 days to any PayPal account that has not been registered, i.e. you have provided us with an email but do not have an account. In addition, we may deduct payments or amounts from an account balance if we deem it necessary. Any member found to be defrauding our advertisers' offers will be banned indefinitely and result in all earnings being forfeited.
Referrals must be earned through legitimate sharing of referral links. Brand bidding is strictly prohibited. This includes all website keywords, misspellings, etc. Anyone found bidding on any keyword directly related to the website (such as Koalur or Koalur and any other similar names) will have their referrals removed and be permanently banned from the website. Any unauthorized attempt to use our website name will result in all referrals being removed and your account being closed. Permission is required for all paid search promotional campaigns. Failure to seek and receive approval will result in the removal of referrals for those campaigns. Referral commissions will be paid at the level of 10% (effective May 1, 2025) and will be paid to first-level referrals only. Koalur reserves the right to remove, change or modify the referral commission level at any time. Koalur reserves the right to revoke the referral program at any time in relation to new and existing referrals. Notice of any referral program changes will be given via the website news and referrals page at least 30 days prior to any change becoming effective.
In order to minimize our administrative overhead, we reserve the right to terminate dormant accounts. To keep your account active, we do not require you to complete offers, but we do require you to log into your account at least once every 3 months (90 days).
We enforce a strict anti-spam policy. Any member found to be sending unsolicited email (SPAM) to other members, forums and/or websites will be banned from our website and all funds generated by that member will be forfeited. We do not promote or condone such behavior and we encourage all members to abide by our rules. Sending unsolicited emails is illegal. As a member of Koalur, it is strictly prohibited to promote our website and/or your referral link through unsolicited email (SPAM) or any other form of social media and communication. Our website will only send emails to registered members who have "opted in" to receive emails. Under no circumstances will Koalur send unsolicited emails to our members.
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this website and general notice will be given to all members. By continuing to use this website, you accept the changes to the terms and conditions.
We take your privacy very seriously. To protect you and your earnings, we only hold the minimum amount of data you need to operate your account. We will also update account details to earn commissions. Users can update and modify account details at any time.
